SECTION 21-28.5-3

   § 21-28.5-3  Delivery of drug paraphernaliato a minor – Penalty. – Any person eighteen (18) years of age or over who violates § 21-28.5-2 bydelivering drug paraphernalia to a person under eighteen (18) years of ageshall be subject to a fine not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) orimprisonment not to exceed five (5) years, or both.
