§ 21-28-2.03 - Schedule I tests.
SECTION 21-28-2.03
§ 21-28-2.03 Schedule I tests. – The director of health shall place a substance in schedule I if he or she findsthat the substance:
(1) Has high potential for abuse; and
(2) Has no accepted medical use in treatment in the UnitedStates or lacks accepted safety for use in treatment under medical supervision.
