SECTION 21-28-2.05

   § 21-28-2.05  Schedule III tests. –The director of health shall place a substance in schedule III if he or shefinds that:

   (1) The substance has a potential for abuse less than thesubstances listed in schedules I and II;

   (2) The substance has currently accepted medical use intreatment in the United States; and

   (3) Abuse of the substance may lead to moderate or lowphysical dependence or high psychological dependence.
