   § 21-28-3.01  Rules and regulations –Fees. – The director of health is authorized, empowered, and directed to make any rulesand regulations consistent with the provisions of this chapter and toprovideany fees for licenses, registrations, and forms that he or she may deemproper to promote the enforcement of this chapter.
