SECTION 21-28-3.15
§ 21-28-3.15 Records of vendors ofschedule V substances. – Every person who purchases for resale, or who sells controlled substanceslisted in schedule V excepted by this chapter, shall keep a record showing thequantities and kinds of controlled substances received and sold, or disposed ofotherwise, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
