SECTION 21-28-3.24

   § 21-28-3.24  Examination before use ofcontrolled substances. – No physician, dentist, osteopath, chiropodist, or veterinarian shalladminister, dispense, or prescribe any controlled substance in schedules II,III, and IV, except after an original physical examination of the person forwhom, or the animal for which the controlled substance is intended.
