SECTION 21-28-3.26

   § 21-28-3.26  Labeling by manufacturers andwholesalers. – Whenever a manufacturer sells a controlled substance in packages designed forsale at retail and whenever a wholesaler sells or distributes a controlledsubstance in a package prepared by him or her, the manufacturer shall securelyaffix to each individual package in which that controlled substance iscontained a label showing in legible English the name and address of the vendorand the quantity, kind, and form of controlled substance contained in it. Noperson, except an apothecary for the purpose of filling a prescription underthis chapter, shall alter, deface, or remove any label so affixed.
