§ 21-28-4.09 - General penalty clause.
SECTION 21-28-4.09
§ 21-28-4.09 General penalty clause.– Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, the penalty for which isnot specified in this chapter, and of the rules and regulations of the directorof health made under authority of this chapter, shall be sentenced to a term ofimprisonment of not more than one year, a fine of five hundred dollars ($500),or both.
