SECTION 21-28-4.16

   § 21-28-4.16  Crimes against pharmacies.– Any person who: (1) breaks and enters a pharmacy or commits larceny or robberyfrom a pharmacist of a controlled substance, (2) aids and abets or enters anypharmacy with the intent to steal any controlled substance, or (3) takes,without permission, the controlled substance of another, shall be punished by afine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by imprisonment fornot more than fifteen (15) years, or both.
