SECTION 21-28-4.21

   § 21-28-4.21  Drug testing required. –Every person who shall be placed on probation for a violation of any section inthis chapter prohibiting the unlawful sale, distribution, manufacture, deliveryor possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute or deliver anycontrolled substance as classified in schedule I or II or possession of acontrolled substance as classified in schedule I or II shall, as a condition ofthe probation, be required to at his or her own expense submit to drug testingin accordance with the standards and procedures of the department of health notless than once per month.
