SECTION 21-28-5.01

   § 21-28-5.01  Powers of enforcementpersonnel. – It is made the duty of all peace officers within the state, and of allprosecuting officers, to enforce all provisions of this chapter except thosespecifically delegated in the chapter, and to cooperate with all agenciescharged with the enforcement of the laws of the United States, of this state,and of all other states relating to controlled substances.
