SECTION 21-30-4

   § 21-30-4  Sale or possession of woodalcohol with unlawful intent. – Any person who sells, exchanges, or delivers or has in his or her possessionwith intent to sell, exchange, or deliver any article of food or drink, or anydrug, intended for external or internal use, or perfumes or toilet articles,containing any wood alcohol, sometimes known as methyl alcohol, shall bepunished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more than fivehundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, orby both fine and imprisonment.
