SECTION 21-31.1-17
§ 21-31.1-17 Injunction proceedings.– The appropriate courts of the state of Rhode Island shall have jurisdiction,for cause shown, to restrain violations of this chapter. In case of violationof an injunction or restraining order issued under this section, which alsoconstitutes a violation of this chapter, trial shall be by the court, or uponthe demand of the accused by a jury.
