SECTION 21-31.1-9

   § 21-31.1-9  Records on veterinary drugtransactions. – Complete records shall be maintained by distributors of receipt anddistribution of each veterinary drug. The records may be kept in the form ofsales invoices, shipping records, prescription files, or of a record or ledgerestablished solely to satisfy the requirements of this section. Records shallinclude all of the following information:

   (1) The name of the drug, including dosage form and strength.

   (2) The name and address of the person from whom the drug wasreceived and the date and quantity received.

   (3) The name and address of the person to whom the drug wasdistributed and the date and quantity shipped or distributed.
