   § 21-4.1-7  Denial or revocation of permit.– Violation of the prohibition set forth in § 21-4.1-6 by any dealer shallbe grounds for the denial of any permit sought by that dealer pursuant to§ 21-2-8 and for revocation of any permit previously issued to thatdealer, in accordance with § 21-2-12.
