SECTION 21-5-10

   § 21-5-10  Penalty for obstruction orviolations. – Whoever hinders or obstructs the director, or a duly authorized assistant, inthe discharge of any authority or duty imposed by any provision of thischapter, and whoever violates any provision of this chapter or of any lawfulregulations of the director made under the provisions of this chapter, shall bepunished by a fine not more than one hundred dollars ($100).
