SECTION 21-9-11

   § 21-9-11  Inspection and preservation ofrecords, reports, and invoices. – The records, reports, and invoices required by this chapter shall be written inlegible English. The original records required by § 21-9-7 and a legiblecopy of the reports required by § 21-9-9 shall be preserved and kept atthe frozen dessert plant to which they apply for a period of one year from thedate of the last entry on them. All records, reports, and invoices shall beopen at all reasonable hours for inspection by the director of health and/or bythe director's authorized agents.
