§ 21-9-14 - Enforcement of chapter. - Rhode Island Statutes

SECTION 21-9-14

   § 21-9-14  Enforcement of chapter. –The director of health is authorized and directed to:

   (1) Administer and supervise the enforcement of this chapter;

   (2) Provide for any inspections and investigations that maybe necessary to disclose violation;

   (3) Receive and provide for the investigation of complaints;and

   (4) Provide for the institution and prosecution of civil orcriminal actions or both.
