SECTION 21-9-20

   § 21-9-20  Publication of court orders,judgments, and decrees – Dissemination of information. – (a) The director of health may cause to be published from time to time reportssummarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders which have been renderedunder this chapter, including the nature of the charge and the disposition ofit.

   (b) The director of health may also cause to be disseminatedinformation regarding frozen desserts and/or frozen dessert mixes that thedirector of health deems necessary in the interest of public health and theprotection of the consumer against fraud. Nothing in this section shall beconstrued to prohibit the director of health from collection, reporting, andillustrating the results of the director's investigations.
