SECTION 21-9-22

   § 21-9-22  Violations of chapter –Penalty. – Any person that violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or of theregulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter, and any principal,proprietor, agent, servant, or employee, who directs or knowingly permits aviolation or who aids or assists a violation, shall upon conviction be subjectto a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) or to imprisonment fornot more than one year, or to both the fine and imprisonment.
