SECTION 22-10-7

   § 22-10-7  Entries as to additionalsubjects of legislation. – (a) Every person, corporation, or association employing any lobbyist, and thelobbyist, shall, whenever further subjects of legislation are introduced orarise which the lobbyist is to promote or oppose, make or cause to be madeadditional entries opposite their names in the register. Each entry shall statethe legislation by bill number or by the subject.

   (b) The secretary of state shall prepare a form containing acomprehensive list of legislative subjects which shall be provided to eachregistrant. The registrant shall designate on that form the subject or subjectson which he or she intends to promote or oppose legislation. If the personintends to lobby on a subject not so listed, he or she shall identify it bybill number or by topic including a reference to the chapter of the generallaws to be affected.
