SECTION 22-13-2

   § 22-13-2  Termination of appointment.– Failure on the part of the auditor general to perform the mandatory dutiesunder the direction of the committee shall constitute cause for termination ofappointment. The appointment of the auditor general may be terminated at anytime by a majority vote of the joint committee on legislative services.
