SECTION 22-13-8

   § 22-13-8  Submission by departments andagencies of monthly financial reports to auditor general. – Departments and agencies as defined in P.L. 1983, ch. 2, art. 1, § 1,shall meet at least monthly and shall submit a report on a monthly basis to theauditor general, which report shall contain any information that the auditorgeneral shall deem necessary to determine the actual and contingent impact oftheir actions on the fiscal integrity of the state of Rhode Island.
