§ 22-14-10 Proceedings against statutoryentity. – Nothing in this chapter shall cause any right, claim, or cause of action heldby any person against any entity to be dismissed, nor shall any right, claim,or cause of action held by any entity which has been terminated pursuant tothis chapter lapse because of this chapter.
