SECTION 22-14-13

   § 22-14-13  State bonds. – Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter to the contrary, no entitywhich has outstanding bonds shall be abolished until and unless provision ismade for the payment of principal and interest of the bonds at or beforematurity or for the assumption of the indebtedness by the state or any agencyor subdivision of the state.
