SECTION 22-14-5.3

   § 22-14-5.3  Entities without expirationdate – Statutory construction. – For the purpose of construing this chapter in determining the expiration dateof any statutory entity, the lack of a specific date for expiration of anentity shall mean that it is the intent of the general assembly to continue theentity in existence until the general assembly by specific legislation ends thestatutory existence of the entity.
