SECTION 22-3-20

   § 22-3-20  Resolutions of congratulationsand condolence during adjournment. – The speaker of the house of representatives or the president of the senate mayapprove a resolution of congratulations or condolence which resolution may besubmitted during a period of adjournment of the general assembly. Eachlegislator shall be allowed no more than a total of twenty-five (25) of theseresolutions annually.
