SECTION 22-3-5

   § 22-3-5  Grand committee for induction andelection of officers. – Immediately after the organization of the senate and house of representativesand notice of it as provided in §§ 22-3-2 and 22-3-3, the senateshall join the house of representatives in grand committee, for the purpose ofinducting the persons elected into their respective offices, and of electinggeneral officers in case of a failure to elect by the electors at the generalelection.
