SECTION 22-6-3

   § 22-6-3  Minority clerks. – The president of the senate and the speaker of the house shall appoint, uponthe nomination of the leaders of the minority party, a minority clerk in thesenate and a minority clerk in the house whose pay shall be determined and setby the joint committee on legislative services.
