   § 22-7.3-3  Duties. – It shall be the duty of the joint committee on environment and energy topromote the development of a coordinated environmental and energy program andto consult with all federal, state, municipal, and quasi-municipal agenciesdealing with ecology, environment, and energy of the state of Rhode Island.
