   § 22-7.4-7  Place of meeting – Quorum.– The joint committee on legislative services shall provide adequate space in thestate house for the use of the joint committee on naming all new buildings,bridges, edifices, and other state constructions; provided, that the jointcommittee on naming all new buildings, bridges, edifices, and other stateconstructions may conduct hearings and hold meetings elsewhere when doing sowill better serve its purposes. A majority in number of the joint committee onnaming all new buildings, bridges, edifices, and other state constructionsshall be necessary to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
