SECTION 23-1.1-17
§ 23-1.1-17 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of the provision to anyperson or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this chapter,or the application of the provision to persons or circumstances other thanthose as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
