§ 23-1.1-2 - Creation.

§ 23-1.1-2 Creation. – There shall be a division of occupational health within the department ofhealth which shall have all the powers and duties relating to theadministration and enforcement of health codes as prescribed by the provisionsof this chapter, and any other duties that may be conferred upon the divisionby law.
