SECTION 23-1.1-3

   § 23-1.1-3  Annual report. – The director of health shall annually furnish information regarding theactivities of the division of occupational health to the director of labor andtraining for inclusion in the director of labor and training's annual report tothe governor and to the general assembly. The director of health shall alsoprovide information to the director of labor and training for reports to besubmitted to the United States Secretary of Labor in the form and from time totime that the secretary of labor and training may require.
