   § 23-1.1-5  Compliance inspectors –Assignment – Duties. – Compliance inspectors shall devote their entire scheduled work time andattention to the duties of their respective offices. The director shall assigncompliance inspectors to the duties to be performed. No employee of thedivision of occupational health shall accept other employment which thedirector determines is in conflict with his or her official duties.
