§ 23-1.2-3 Assistant counsel. – The chief counsel may appoint any assistants that may be deemed necessary whosepowers and duties shall be similar to those imposed upon the chief counsel bylaw, and shall be performed under and by the advice and direction of the chiefcounsel.
