SECTION 23-1.2-4

   § 23-1.2-4  Appropriation for expenses.– The general assembly shall annually appropriate the sum or sums that it maydeem necessary for the payment of the salaries of clerical assistants that maybe deemed necessary and for the payment of office expenses and other actualexpenses incurred by the chief counsel in the performance of his or her duties,and the state controller is authorized and directed to draw his or her ordersupon the general treasurer for the payment of the sum or sums, or so much ofthe sum or sums as may from time to time be required, upon receipt by him orher of proper vouchers approved by the chief counsel.
