SECTION 23-1-24

   § 23-1-24  Review by supreme court. –Any party aggrieved by a final judgment of the superior court may, withinthirty (30) days from the date of entry of the judgment, petition the supremecourt for a writ of certiorari to review any questions of law. The petitionshall set forth the errors claimed. Upon the filing of the petition with theclerk of the supreme court, the supreme court may, if it sees fit, issue itswrit of certiorari.
