SECTION 23-1-36

   § 23-1-36  Director's duties regardinghealth education, alcohol, and substance abuse programs. – The director shall establish health education, alcohol, and substance abuseprograms for students in grades kindergarten through twelve (12), in accordancewith § 35-4-18. The director shall make an annual report to the governorand the general assembly on the administration of the program.
