§ 23-1-4 - Vital records.
SECTION 23-1-4
§ 23-1-4 Vital records. – The department of health and director of health shall carry on the registrationof vital records as provided by chapter 3 of this title and the director ofhealth shall be ex officio state registrar of vital records.
