§ 23-1-5.5 - Annual report.
SECTION 23-1-5.5
§ 23-1-5.5 Annual report. – The department of health shall prepare and issue an annual report on the statusof private well water contamination in the state. The report shall be submittedto the governor and the general assembly by January 15th of each year and shallbe made available to the public.
