§ 23-10.1-5 - Period of treatment.
SECTION 23-10.1-5
§ 23-10.1-5 Period of treatment. –An individual admitted to an approved public treatment facility pursuant tothis chapter shall be held for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours forevaluation, and shall be discharged no later than five (5) days measured fromthe date of his or her admission.
