§ 23-10.1-6 Criminal law limitations.– Nothing in this chapter affects any law, ordinance, or resolution againstdriving under the influence of drugs, or other similar offense involving theoperation of a vehicle, aircraft, boat, machinery, or other equipment, orregarding the sale, purchase, dispensing, possessing, or use of drugs.
