SECTION 23-10-3

   § 23-10-3  Prosecution of violations.– It shall be the duty of the director of health to report to the prosecutingofficers of the different cities and towns in this state any violation of therequirements of §§ 23-10-1 and 23-10-2, and it shall be the duty ofthe prosecuting officers of the several cities and towns to immediately obtainwarrants for the apprehension of persons violating the requirements of§§ 23-10-1 and 23-10-2.
