SECTION 23-10-4

   § 23-10-4  Register of tubercular cases.– It shall be the duty of the state department of health to keep a register ofall persons in this state known to be affected with tuberculosis. The statedepartment of health shall have sole, exclusive control of that register andshall not permit its inspection nor disclose any of its personal particularsexcept to officials authorized under the laws of this state to receive thatinformation.
