SECTION 23-10-5

   § 23-10-5  Transmission of reports to localagencies. – The state department of health shall be authorized to submit reports of casesof tuberculosis which it receives and has on file in its register to city andtown health departments and to other community agencies, voluntary andofficial, properly organized to receive those reports, capable of maintainingan adequate system of tuberculosis control within their respective communities.
