SECTION 23-11-14

   § 23-11-14  Reports by public and privatelaboratories. – Whenever any public or private laboratory performs a laboratory test for anysexually transmitted disease, the result, if reactive or positive, shall bereported within ten (10) days after the test by the person in charge of thelaboratory to the state department of health in the manner and form that may beprescribed by the director of health.
