SECTION 23-11-4

   § 23-11-4  State laboratory facilities andtreatment. – The state department of health shall provide and/or make arrangements forlaboratory tests for the diagnosis of sexually transmitted disease and shallprovide and/or make arrangements for the clinical treatment of sexuallytransmitted diseases as determined by the director of health. In addition, thedepartment of health is authorized to establish by rule and regulation areasonable fee structure for these laboratory tests and clinical treatments.
