SECTION 23-12-2
§ 23-12-2 Educational plan. – The state director of health shall formulate and put into effect an educationalplan for the purpose of preventing cancer, for the purpose of aiding in theearly diagnosis of cancer, and for the purpose of informing hospitals andcancer patients of the proper treatment.
