SECTION 23-13-23

   § 23-13-23  Interagency coordinatingcouncil. – The interagency coordinating council, which is composed in accordance with 20U.S.C. § 1441, as added by Public Law 108-446, shall monitor themultiagency operation of the early intervention program and to provide a forumwhere problems may be addressed relating to the delivery of services in theearly intervention program.
